Well its another day, and what's going on....
-no budget deal
-another earthquake in Japan, which leads to...
-another tsunami warning
-a shooting at a school in Brazil
-don't forget Libya
-Afganistan
-Iraq
If I didn't know that God was in charge, this sort of stuff would look awful scary!
My husband and I have seriously been considering doing away with cable. Any thoughts? It just seems to be overload on every front. But the sad thing is I get all short of breath thinking about a night without DWTS, American Idol and the countless other shows we DVR. What is wrong with me???? I think I need detox....HELP!!!
You know, the first year we were here all we had was the very basic cable and we all survived. I almost wish we had stayed there, but the price was going up to the point that it was going to cost the same to stay with the basic as it would to upgrade. Anyway, with the basic you still get the major networks so you'd still have most of your favorite shows.
ReplyDeleteActually it isn't really about the money...its more about the time wasted. Something Mark and I have agreed has been far too much. Just something we are kicking around, but you know I gotta quit having panic attacks first...lol! Or maybe Mark should just do it like a bandaid and rip it off!! Ha ha!
